Terms of Services

Last Revised: August 2026 • Governing decentralized participation, digital asset management, and ecosystem access.

01 Access & Decentralized Interface

Basecore operates strictly as a decentralized technology interface providing access to smart contract-enabled airdrop farming, educational modules, and multiplayer logic. By utilizing this frontend portal, you acknowledge that interaction with decentralized ledgers carries inherent volatility. We do not act as an institutional custodian or licensed broker-dealer for spot digital asset exchanges.

02 Wallet Integration & Non-Custodial Architecture

Integration of Web3 cryptographic wallets (including future native wallet extensions and peer-to-peer mechanisms) is executed entirely on a non-custodial basis. You retain sole cryptographic ownership and responsibility for your private keys, seed phrases, and associated transaction signatures. Basecore possesses zero technical capability to recover lost assets or bypass cryptographic access controls.

03 Peer-to-Peer (P2P) & Future Exchange Provisions

Upcoming peer-to-peer settlement layers and programmatic exchange modules function as automated liquidity routing frameworks. Users engaging in peer-to-peer exchanges or token swaps contract directly with counter-parties on-chain. Basecore disclaims liability for slippage, smart contract execution failures, counter-party default, or regulatory compliance obligations within your local jurisdiction.

04 Airdrop Eligibility, Sybil Defenses & Penalties

Distribution of ecosystem points ($pSURF, $pBAY) is governed by algorithmic metrics tracking educational class completion, quiz battle performance, and authentic network participation. Utilization of automated bots, multi-account scripting, or sybil attack vectors will trigger immediate forfeiture of accumulated rewards and permanent address blacklisting from protocol smart contracts.
